How The US Plans To Subjugate Russia
America’s elite think tank reveals a blueprint for US domination of Russia

“Thinking The Unthinkable”
Founded in 1948, the RAND Corporation was created to bring the expertise of scientists and mathematicians into the heart of American military strategy.
Over the years, it has been fundamental in the development of US nuclear policy and was the main academic force behind many of the policies adopted during the Cold War to combat the Soviet Union.
RAND became famous with the release of On Thermonuclear War, a document by Herman Kahn. This was a treatise which argued that a nuclear war could be won and sought to elucidate how the US could do so, and ensure its dominance in a post war world.
The book is remarkable for the language that is used throughout. Kahn clearly viewed nuclear war via a scientific lens, and the immense scale of human death and suffering that would result from it is described with the cool detachment not dissimilar to that found in a nature science journal.
This treatise became an instant hit and a cornerstone text of modern security studies, garnering curious readers throughout the entire military structure, and within the Soviet bloc, as well.
