I Just Discovered a New AI-Powered Investing Platform, and It’s Changed My Life
An In-depth Review and Analysis of finciples.ai
Introduction
Two years ago, I opened my first investment account with nothing but Google Chrome and a Charles Schwab login. I had no idea what I was doing — and, trust me, my portfolio reflected that. My account fell further into the red as I stumbled through stock picks and market trends, trying to make sense of it all. What is Finciples.ai?
Finiciples.ai is a small-stage startup that uses large language models (LLMs) to evaluate a company based on both qualitative and quantitative factors. The platform has three main offerings: principles analysis, an AI advisor, and traditional analysis.
Principles Analysis (AI Augmented)
Finciples.ai allows users to select a set of principles from legendary investors — like Benjamin Graham and Warren Buffet — or their own set of principles. Once you’ve selected your principles and stock you’d like to analyze, you get an overall score and individual scores based on how well the stock aligns with each principle.

But, just to check this, let’s run it with my three biggest principles when choosing investments: the company having good management systems, the company being an industry leader, and the company having a discounted valuation. Instead of the AI augmentation of Principles Analysis, the AI Advisor just requires an input of a ticker name, and AI will give you its thoughts on the stock. It will do all the principle picking for you and output an investment score based on whatever the LLM you’ve selected thinks about the stock. This tool is perfect for getting an overview of the stock’s potential instead of focusing on your favorite principles to test.

Traditional Analysis
Like many other finance platforms, the traditional analysis will produce the company’s key metrics — price, market cap, P/E ratio, EPS, etc. — along with a chart general summary and “sentiment analysis” (searching for market sentiments from users across the web, including Reddit and Yahoo! Finance). The traditional analysis is just to help get basic information about the company which is built upon by the Principles Analysis or AI Advisor. For Zoom, the output looks like this:
