Hey Folks,

Happy to see you back reading fifth article in this series under the banner, “We explore and you learn”.

THE CONCLUSION

Previous Articles in the list:

Article 1: “9 questions that you should ask yourself, if you want to go for entrepreneurship”

Article 2: “5 Tips on: How to develop Negotiation Skills?”

Article 3: “How to predict your mindset with the help of memes?”

Article 4: “Why Indian Startups fail (Part 1)?”

This article is in continuation to Article 4.

Disclaimer : The article is based on the research done by me and my team. It is not meant to hurt the sentiments of anyone. It is completely based on our personal interpretation of the research work we did. Any constructive criticism is welcomed.

Woohoo !! Now, let us explore together the most credible thought every innovator gets in his/her mind.

When, we get any thought back in our mind. We eventually think of the profit we can make from that idea. Instead of developing solutions, we develop startups.

We aim to build next Zomato, next OYO , next BITLY but we never aim to build a product that no one is even discussing about.

LEARN TO INNOVATE FOR THE PROBLEMS AROUND YOU.

So, the first learning is:

Stand alone to stand apart. Try to develop a solution for a problem in your locality and then if you think the consumers eventually get profit out of your product. Expand your business, and make it a next big thing.

For me, A person who creates a solution for the problem around himself in a way that brings him some profit then he has made a small contribution to someone’s life, based on his skills, his creativity, his thought process.

Then, this person can eventually combine his actions to open a startup.

So, the second learning is:

Get the shit around you in a perfect order.

You need to be a good observer, if you want to be an entrepreneur. Curate from the things happening around you. Build an obligatory solution to the business happening around you.

Be a keen observer

For example: If you see, a stall owner is not able to meet the right audience help that particular owner to get that. Charge an amount for this help.

Get out in a market to know the depth of it.

So, the third learning is:

If you want to play like MESSI, you need a have a team like Barcelona

What makes MESSI to be one of the best striker in the world? Obviously, his skills. But, most probably his team too.

When he strikes the ball, he is damn sure about his defense, about his mid-fielders, about his goal-keeper. So, when you are out for a business. Form a team of a people, whom you can trust too.

Although, the fourth learning is:

Negotiate to your best

You need to posses some good managerial skills, before starting a startup. One such managerial skill is: Negotiation.

In first few days of your company, this skill will help you get the best people working with you at affordable rate.

This skill may help you to reach out to best investors in the world, and influence them to work with you.

INSIGHTS ABOUT NEGOTIATION

If you want to develop this skill, I discovered this complete training course:

The last & final learning is:

Enjoy your journey

When your startup would get a quite good reach, you will have to face certain reality checks. You will discover problems in the services you would be offering in, you will feel the heat of the competition out in the market. You will get a practical learning of all the things, that you would have imagined till now.

My only advice to you is: “To enjoy this journey”. Because, the time of your company would be famous, you will never get a second chance to enjoy these moments in life.

Currently, I own a blog named: www.drillitdown.com so whenever, I get freaked out about the problems like: Reach, Engagement, Quality. I ensure myself that, “Yeah! The blog is performing quite better now” and in reality things take time to improve.

So, each day try to do something that you love to do & never about the failure you may get or success you may witness.

With this, we are on a way to come to an end to this article. So, tell me the topic on which you want our next article to be?
