1. There is little explanation of the company's business details
First of all, recruitment selection is not just a place for companies to select applicants. It is also a place for applicants to choose companies. Either they have forgotten this, or they are not aware of it in the first place.
Still, interviews where they are asked one-sided questions and hardly any explanation about the business or work content will leave a wrong impression on the applicant.
